When a product is returned we will manage all the receiving, by logging, restocking and updating the inventory.

 

Returns can be a time-consuming part of fulfillment documenting order numbers and customer information, restocking product, updating inventory and disposing of used or opened products. When a product is returned, we will manage all the receiving for you. We’ll log the returned item and notify you that the product has been returned and update the customer's profile. Once the product is logged as a return, we will restock and update inventory.
