At Nutra Drop we use Aftership to keep track of all shipped packages verifying there are no problems with the delivery. We follow up with the status of each package to ensure that package is being delivered on time and if there are any undeliverable packages we are able to handle those problems immediately. This will help to decrease customer complaints and potential chargebacks because we will watch the status and fix any problems as they arise, not after they are returned to our warehouse.
